Bent Rune Sinnes has been a force for change in relationship work
and individual capacity building for over 20 years. His practice reflects a commitment to caring for individuals of all ages, and his background in health care, therapy, and faith-based organizations informs his work with a variety of relational groups.
Bent Rune is the founder and owner of Sinnes Coaching og Veiledning. His work focuses on cooperation between couples, teams, and functional groups in the municipal, private, and volunteer sectors. His clients include parents, foster parents, leaders and corporate teams.
Helping individuals and teams deal with change and uncertainty requires what Bent Rune calls "staying in open spaces, with unknown circumstances," That has been especially important in his work leading two non-profit social organizations, where changes in funding and the needs that are served can be a regular source of uncertainty.
"Helping individuals deal with the unknown," Bent Rune reflects, "is a key aspect of building trust in relationships and in their own abilities. My vision is to create a safe space for trust to exist. That is required whenever positive change must occur in the lives of individuals, couples, families, teams, local communities, even countries."
Licensed by Team Coaching International in the application of their Team Diagnostic Assessment, he brings real metrics to making group relationships stronger. As a graduate of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching as well, he offers clients the tools to make their growth a reality.
"For me, it basically comes down to this: to dare to trust in somebody rather than doubt, to embrace possibilities rather than limits, and to be a co-active partner in solving their challenges."
