About Daphne
Daphne Taylor works with individuals and teams
to enable them to identify strengths and challenges, and address the issues that hold them back from outstanding performance. She is a director and founder of Diamond Edge, a company dedicated to promoting individual development and unlocking potential in organisations.
Daphne has unique talents and insights that she brings to each coaching relationship, based on her in-depth training and years of practical experience. She is trained in Organisational and Systems work with the U.S. based Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a graduate of the CTI Co-Active Coaching Program and Co-Active Leadership Program. Daphne is an authorised facilitator of the Stellar Team Diagnostic assessment which offers a model of team effectiveness based on the teams own assessment of their performance and relationships.
Previously, Daphne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and had a successful career as Group Financial Controller for two UK public companies, becoming Company Secretary before moving to the Netherlands where she was Group Treasurer for a multinational luxury goods brand. She has experience at the Board level in wide ranging roles including dealing with city institutions, acquisitions, company secretarial role, treasury and taxation. Daphne is a regular speaker for the Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales
