She founded SPOR Coaching & Leader Support and her real world leadership experience provides the insight to help others identify and initiate practical approaches that produce real results.
With former experience as a deputy director and head of section, Stine engages with executives, teams and organizations to expand their emotional and analytical intelligence. Her coaching methods insure that these competencies can be put into action to realize lasting growth. In addition, she designs and offers unique programs in coaching through the Norwegian school of economics (BI).
