About Emma
Emma Wheat is a highly skilled developer of people, facilitating the growth,
learning and well being of individuals and their teams. Her insight and understanding of various cultures stems from over 12 years living in the Middle East, and is the basis for her effectiveness in cross-cultural development and integration. Her work helps to improve bottom line results and personal fulfilment, and strengthens organizational culture over time.
As an international Certified Coactive Coach, Emma works with teams and individuals to identify strengths and challenges, understanding and addressing issues that hold them back from outstanding performance. Employing a systems approach, she helps clients look at all aspects of their life to align their work environment in a way that actively supports their most intrinsic values. The result is an increase in both positivity and productivity, creating relationships that produce inspiring results.
Emma is the Director of Pure Originals Coaching in Dubai, where she helps people to ignite their dreams and be "Passionately Unique ®". Her background as an educator, board director, leader, and facilitator of workshops allows her to work easily with executives and teams to insure synergy.
"The focus of my work," explains Emma, "is to help leaders make the best use of their potential. This requires giving them the tools and support to lead from a place of conviction, not fear. When you know you are working on the right areas in your life and business, acting in alignment with your core values, you move forward with conviction, and let go of the doubts that hold you back."
Emma's work has been published in Viva, the Middle East's leading women's magazine, in Emirates Today newspaper, and featured on the popular City 7 TV morning show. Her book, Go! Smell the Flowers is co-authored with her husband and will be published in 2009. It has already grown into an online community of inspiration, travel and health to explore questions about life and how fulfilled we really are.
